Meet the Chef
For me, food has always been another form of art.
I’m Chef Ilonka Rossouw, the creator behind Chef’s Platters. I believe a beautiful table should do more than feed your guests - it should draw them in, start conversations and become part of the memory.
My approach to food is much like my approach to a canvas: I work with color, texture, balance and detail to create something uniquely beautiful. From intimate boutique platters and handcrafted bites to abundant grazing tables for large celebrations, every creation is thoughtfully designed for the people and occasion it is made for.
The board is my canvas. The food is my art. And no two creations are ever quite the same.
